Ownership of content that we provide
Except for your content that you post to the site, all content on the site is owned by Gower Publishing Limited or licensed to us by our authors and other third parties, including without limitation information, text, designs, graphics, pictures, videos, applications (apps), software, sound and other files, and their selection and arrangement.
You must respect the copyright of the authors of content on the site. This means that, with the exception of the tools provided on the site (such as Twitter and LinkedIn), you must not, without prior written consent copy or publish the content; nor may you share it with anyone who is not a member of the site.
If you are eligible to access the site, we grant you a limited licence to access and use the site and our content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright, trademarks, logos or other proprietary notices intact. We may revoke this licence at any time for any reason.
Publication of content from third parties on GpmFirst is undertaken with the permission of the original copyright owners, who reserve all other rights. Copyright owners who publish content on GpmFirst may request Gower unpublish their content, at any time and for any reason.
By submitting the free trial request form you consent to receiving a series of emails during your 28 day trial that are designed to enable you to access content and make use of all functionality on the platform in order to maximise your experience. We will also use your contact details to follow-up with you after the trial to get feedback on your experience of using GPM First and whether you would be interested in taking out a subscription.
Curation and editing
The GpmFirst editorial team reserve the right to edit profiles and content submitted for publication. We will respect the author's original intent and any edits will be done sympathetically to ensure the content meets the quality requirements of the site.
